Work, Blog, Steve!
It's nearly 3:00 AM now...rather late in the night for most people. But I am an 'owl' - I am more comfortable in the night...I hate mornings!
Got tons of work to do...lots of work piling up faster than I can complete them...
I am part of Microsoft's Academic Developer Program as a Student Champ and I have lots of responsibilities thanks to this...but it's nice work and I get to meet lots of interesting people!
Talking about meeting great people - I will be meeting Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft Corporation later today at the Leela Palace!! Very excited about meeting him!
I am also very excited about blogging! As I said in my previous post...I've been wanting to blog for a long time now. Not because all my friends are doing it...but because I've always loved to write (anybody who has got mails from me can vouch for this - I enjoy my writing!)
Coming back to the 'Got tons of work to do' part ->
I need to finish my module for a web project before Tuesday, and I also need to start doing my 3 projects (JAVA, CGI & Networking) for this 7th semester at college, I also need to start my Shopping Mall project for the Microsoft Student Project Program, not to forget starting preparations for the Imagine Cup 2005 (YO! Sharath and Sunil - we have to do it!!).
hmmm lots of good coding work ahead which is great, cuz I enjoy coding, but if I only I had enough time to do all the projects without haste...
Why am I so out of time? Well there are a few reasons for this - Two of 'em being -- My sister's marriage last month - I was kinda busy with that; Then as part of the Bangalore .NET Student user group I was involved (big time!) in the organization of Date with .NET v2.0 a techno-cultural event at RV College of Engineering. These two major events took a lot of my time and energy but they were worth the effort!! Both went on very well! :)
Well I better finish the rest of my web module and go and catch some sleep now..or else I might just sleep through Steve Ballmer's antics on stage!
